1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ticker Talk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ticker Talk provides AI-powered stock research tools for informational and educational purposes. The Service includes:

  • AI chat interface for filing-backed stock research
  • Custom research screens and comparisons
  • Watchlists with delayed market data context
  • Saved research history and account privacy tools

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Open Beta Access

The Service is currently operated as an open beta with monthly research credits. Access, limits, and feature availability may be granted, adjusted, suspended, or revoked at our discretion while the product scope remains narrow and under active review.

  • Account creation is open, but usage may be capped by monthly credits or other safeguards
  • Features may change or be disabled without notice during the beta period
  • Public self-serve billing and upgrades are not currently offered
  • Expanded access may be handled manually until paid plans are introduced
  • Any future paid plans, if introduced, will be governed by updated terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service
  • Use the Service as a substitute for professional advice or to provide personalized investment advice to others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ticker Talk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Custom research filters and analysis you create using the Service remain your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to use them to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

Ticker Talk does not recommend or endorse any securities or strategies. The information provided through the Service should not be relied upon for making investment decisions. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKER TALK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or delays in the data or analysis provided
  • Any investment decisions made based on the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination
  • We may retain records required for security, legal, or compliance purposes

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
